As Tomh311 says, you don't need to spend that sort of money to get a good result. Nor is the price of a manual brush an indicator of its effectiveness. Any brush will do if you are comfortable with it - a lot of brush "features" are simply gimmicks.
Having said all that, the Rotadent is a nice electric brush. My wife has been using one for 15 years.
i'm a dentist and i use a good old $2 tooth brush and i floss with a reach access flosser. i haven't had a cavity since the reagan administration. if it makes you feel better to spend more that's fine too.
