Even if you spent hundreds on professional whitening then if you did the above it would be all in vain.

The only problem with all of this "supermarket stuff" is that the concentrations are so low (to be safer) that they don't really have the same effect as professional bleaching.

i'm not sure of the best teeth whitening stuff. However i use the green packaged Sensodyne (toothpaste). i'm sure the silver packaged one is for whitening. it's really good.

None of them! I've tried many that just don't work! I have seen one on TV Shopping on Foxtel which I'd like to try, but the most effective way is getting it done professionally by the dentist (which is expensive, but worth it if you are desperate for whiter teeth). The one I saw advertised was called Arctic White I think, but I don't know if I want to spend $100 on something I don't know actually works!
