I think you are trying to be creative...you are not doing very well.
If you're a dentist, then you will have enough money to move out of there to a place like England, US, or Canada. You can start a practice anywhere in these countries.
You could probably jump the border in the chaos of the coming Iraqi civil war.
its really not such a bad place man. I mean, if you can just get over the sand and dust everywhere, not to mention the heat in the summers. It really does have some great places though. The Tigris and Euphrates rivers are very beautiful. The ancient ruins of Babylon and lands of biblical history. Ive seen all those places, mostly while sitting behind a 50Cal machine gun in a US Army Humvee but BEAUTIFUL none the less.
Move, just don't make it to the United States. We have already had our share of camel jockeys here for this decade.
There must be a network of Iraqi-Americans that you can use as a resource. I knew a couple of Iraqi dentists years ago, so "they" managed somehow. Maybe there is even a network of Iraqi-American dentists. Try an internet search.
