What are the different costs between lumineers and veneers?

Question:

Answers:
I know that there is a MAJOR difference in cost- with veneers, they actually grind the tooth down and fit the veneer to your actual tooth- it is permanent. With lumineers, they are almost like fake nails- they just glue a white piece to the front of the tooth. Veneers are much more expensive but they last much longer, it is a longer (and more painful) process, and they look nicer. My mom just had veneers on all of her front teeth- upper and lower- I think a total of 10 or 12 of them and it cost her several thousand dollars.

Starting $700 and $1000 respectively.
