ok listen to this - this is called massaging your gums - place your index finger on the outer layer of your gums and thumb on the inner inside of your gums and keep press it and do it on all sides - do it along side of your gums - do it for three time in a day for alteast 10 mins - it might bleed - wash your hands before you do this procedure and also use disinfectant or use glows.
The second best thing is to use chewing gum - sugar free chewing gum. or call me Dr.Arun Dua - +91-9940025672

Using Listerine works well.
no there is not a medicine for gingivitis its comes from not brushing your teeth
Just brush your teeth more often, and be more thorough...gingivitis comes from not making sure your gums are clean. You can't JUST brush your teeth...brush your entire mouth.
Brush twice a day with good toothpaste, floss every day, and use Listerine or another mouthwash every day.
Its called the right dental care. See a dentist twice a year and ask them what toothpaste and tooth brushes work the best. Just care for your teeth right and your mouth will really feel and look heathier.
yes. it's a product called "floss".
