I think I have a sinus infection that started witha tooth ache..my left sinus is swollen an tender.?
It causes a throbbing sensation that matches my pulse.and some pain..it's been a day..should I wait it out, or go see the doctor?
Answers:
Probably the other way around. sinus came first but you noticed the pain in the tooth first.
Unless you have access to antibiotics, it's off to the doctor for you I am afraid. You can try saline rinses but a Z-pack (Zithromax) is the best bet if you have good insurance.

This happens frequently as the roots of the teeth are so close to the sinus. If it is an infection, you will need an antibiotic. I would go to a clinic or even to the dentist. I know from experience that going to the dentist is usually cheaper as they can do x-rays much cheaper and can see the sinuses on the dental x-rays. They can also prescribe the antibiotics, if you need them!
