i have two doubble teeth one in front and i have a total of 5 wisdom teeth (orthapidic sergery W00T) im i the only one or are there others out there.

There are others out there (I'm not one of them but I do see a few kids each year who have extra teeth) You are not alone. It is not common but it is not unusual either.
