At home Teeth Whitening ,,,have you tried X brand?

~~~I am whiteing my teeth right now, just bought the Rembrant brand where you wear the mouth piece with the gel,,,,has anyone had good luck with this, and if so how often did you use it per day, it says twice a day or more.

these whitening systems can make your teeth more sensitive. If you have cold sensitivity it may get worse.
they do whiten though.

I don't really like those home whitening systems. My mom used it, and her teeth ended up stained worse than before she started. It destroys your tooth enamel, and if you drink or eat ANYTHING, it stains your teeth really bad. I use Crest Whitening Rinse. It makes your teeth strong without destroying and/or staining them.

dont use it too much or ul get cavities r somethin else bad. if ur teeth r stong then u shoud probly use it 3-4 times a day. if ther not, at tops use it twice a day
