Does getting a filling hurt?
Question:
Answers:
It's more of an uncomfortable feeling than it is painful. I felt pressure, and only that stupid needle for the anesthetic hurts. But even at that, it's not THAT painful.
besides, it's worth it...better than leaving it decay and then being stuck doing a root canal.

Yes, a bit. They can shoot you up with novacaine, but you will still probably feel it. But it is better than the tooth going so bad that they have to yank it out. So get the filling.
Depends... I'd say 9 times out of 10, you will feel absolutely nothing once you are numb. That's the best I can answer, as I don't know where your cavity is or how big it is.
No. Only the shot they give you to numb your mouth hurts.
Nope, they numb you before they drill...
