Can anyone recommend a dentist that specialises in nervous people. SW London?

Im very very scared of going to the dentist and havent been for a good few years. I really need to go again, so I was wondering if anyone could recommend a dentist who could help me? I know I need some work doing so someone who will be wiling to sedate me would be good!

Retainer ? I had braces for 4 years, got them off, and then now I wear a retainer?

I go to one in wimbledon on pepys road called confident. I see a guy called dermot. he is so lovely. I'm nervous too, but he tells you what he's doing as he goes along, so calming and no nasty surprises. very gentle too.

where can i find the best dentist for the best price?

Putney Hill Dental Practice (just outside Putney Mainline Station). I went to see the hygenist last week and she put paste on my gums so that it didn't hurt. Also they talk to you and tell you what is wrong and what they are going to do before they do it.
