If you just got braces then it's completely normal for your teeth to be sensitive, there are several toothpaste brands that help sensitive teeth.

the nerve endings in your teeth r still open from getting your braces done. give it 2to3 days to calm down. try drinking fluids with out ice and brush with sensodyne to help relieve the pain. also, a little motrin may help.
