When you don't brush and floss properly plaque begins to build on your teeth. This plaque will soften your enamel which could cause holes to form in your teeth. You may also get decalcified white spots that are permanent from not brushing. Your gums will become swollen and sore and they will bleed easily. The gum disease will cause you to have terrible breath. You should brush at least twice a day and try to floss at night. Make sure you don't go to bed without brushing. Don't let yourself. You will ruin your teeth.

just make it an essential part of your routine...first of all just make yourself do it....think of the future and how nasty and yellow your teeth will be in 10 yrs of not brushing them at night...also get into the habit of doing it early in the evening, before you get too tired and don't feel like doing it...hope this helps!
