the ones you buy at a pharmacie suck, go to your dentist, he'll make a mold of your mouthe and give you a special whitening, it costs alot and sometimes hurts to do, but when its done you shant be disapointed. it really works, lasts super long and doesnt destroy enamel like over the counter stuff. also if u ever have to do it again al u have to buy is the cream, the mold is what costs the most ne ways, i paid 200$ so its not that bad considering good over the counter is like 100, but usually its between 200-500$
