How do you brush your teeth?

okay you have bacteria in you mouth...good and bad bacteria...when you sleep the temperature in you mouth rises causing the bacteria to multiply hence increasing the bad breath secondly as bad breath is caused by bacteria though out the day you are drinking water chewing gum eat time talking ets all of this disrupts the bacterial colonies that form in your mouth to create this bad breath as you do not do this at night bacteria get to have a party in your mouth this is why it is really really important to brush your teeth before bed.

i ve dental phobia how do i get over it?

Vote "BEST" for Carilee's answer, as she is right. If you brush and floss before going to bed, the bacterial count will be a lot lower and they will not cause such a stink in the morning. Another thing that I have noticed... If you eat or drink a lot of sugar after say 8:00 PM or so, your mouth will be drier and stinkier in the morning.
