Should i rinse my mouth out with water after using mouthwash?
Dental Dam- any uses that are not sexual?
Answers:
Yes, many of these mouth washes actually have somewhat dangerous ingredients and I always rinse afterwards. The fresh feeling doesn't go away at all and it's better than having to swallow the mouthwash which could corrode your esophagus and stomach lining with its powerful antibacterial ingredients. Always rinse!
*Except for the fluoride type of mouthwashes, but those don't sting.

Rinse your mouth with water? I see no reason to why you should. You want your mouth to feel refreshing don't you? I am not a doctor but I think using water may wash away the mouthwash's cleaning power.

I personally would rinse my mouth BEFORE using the mouthwash, if you feel the need to do it. Rinsing after, depending on how much, defeats the power of the mouthwash.
