When you brush don't aim for the tooth.
Aim for the line where the tooth and gum meet.

Just take very good care of your mouth, Brush twice a day & after dinner, and use a good mouthwash. Do a little web-searching for dental advice.what are some easy ways to get rid of a tooth ache?besides gargling with salt and water?
Go to the dentist and have it thouroughly cleaned then just make sure u maintain excellent dental hygiene with brushing and flossing etcby good oral hygiene and as much of a sugar-free diet as is possible. one needs to keep the mouth as free of bacteria as possible by brushing and flossing after eating and snacking. the bacteria love sugar it's pure energy to them and they reproduce like crazy. just about everything seems to contain sugar as levolose, dextrose, sucralose, honey, maltose, lactose fructose, sucrose ad infinitum. and the bacteria that form plaque may be spread by kissing, using another person's toothbrush etc.

Brush and floss dailyWhen I get the teeth pulled..?
Brushing and flossing didn't do it for me. I had to start using Listerine 2X a day. A good friend of mine had major dental problems for years. Every visit to the dentist revealed more cavities. After using Listerine, she went almost 8 years without another cavity. Pretty impressive. What is the best order for good dental care and why - floss, brush, water pic?
FlossDentyl mouthwash, what exactly are you supposed to see?
Everyone has plaque, and it pretty much starts to get on your teeth within 20secs after you brush and floss.. BUT the good thing about plaque is that it is like dust on furniture . - if you brush and floss properly, then you will easily remove it. If you do not brush or floss properly for at least 2 times/day - then that plaque will calcify and turn into calculus - which only a dentist or hygienist can remove. If you do not remove the calculus, then you can get a cavity, loose bone that holds the teeth and/or periodontal disease. So, no you cannot 'cure' plaque, but you can keep it under control - if you cannot brush, have any sugarless gum that has Xylitol in it (helps reduce cavities) and chewing gum (sugarless!) after you eat helps increase your salivary flow, which is great for rinsing your mouth. see below for information on this. great site I found.

I am assuming you mean plaque. Plaque is actually the waste material form the bacteria in your mouth. It forms in layers, different bacteria in different layers. Some bacteria is actually beneficial. But most is harmful esp when it accumulates. Depending on the make up of your saliva, you may build up plaque faster.Brush with an electric toothbrush, like Sonicare for a least 2 minutes at least 2-3 times daily, half of the bristles on the gums and half on the tooth. Floss at least once a day. Everyone is different in the level of care they need. Some people can get away with never flossing and little brushing and they will never have problems. Other people need to be extremely meticulous. Also try chewing gum that is sweetened with Xylitol, this natural sweetener actually makes it more difficult for bacteria to stick to the teeth. This reduces plaque and cavities! You need to chew 2 pieces for about 5 minutes several times a day for a week or more before you can really notice a difference. IT does work and is all natural. This in no way replaces brushing and flossing.
