Is it okay for my mouth to hurt 2-3 days after I have gotten my wisdom teeth surgically removed?

Question:

Answers:
Most people still hurt a long time after that!!

Other Answers:
Some pain, like a dull ache, is probably normal. However, lots of pain, more than can be controlled by OTC analgesics is cause for concern. Contact your oral surgeon if you are not sure
yes of course
Expect to be sore for about a week. It should start to feel better and better. If you start to feel worse and worse, call them up and let them know; this could be a sign of an infection or a dry socket.
Of course its normal. The first time that I had my first wisdom teeth removed ,also surgically, i couldn't eat for daaaays and my mouth hurt for a week. But then I had to go for removing the second tooth and then by the time I got to my 3rd and 4th wisdom teeth I was so used to the pain I didn't even skip school !!
But now I wish I had had them all removed at once. It would surely have saved my a good deal of money.
