Retainer ? I had braces for 4 years, got them off, and then now I wear a retainer?
every night. I got them off about a year ago. I was looking at the original molds of when I first got them off, and one of my teeth looks like it has moved a little. But my retainer still fits. Would the retainer fit if the tooth had moved? Also, can my orthodontist adjust the retainer to make the tooth move even though it has been a year? thanks

You should go back to your orthodontist to ensure things are all right. Today's modern retainers are pretty easy to bend so you should get it assessed. And definitely keep wearing your retainer every night - it takes a long, long time for your teeth to get well-seated again and stay still. Even then, you should wear your retainer at night for as long as you can. :)

Probably, just talk to your orthodontist about it.Also, don't worry about a little tooth movement. Your teeth are just readjusting slightly from not having the braces on constantly.
