I have three teeth that have massive holes in them if they get pulled out will i get 3 wisdom teeth replaced?
Question:
Answers:
Most people only have 4 wisdom teeth; one in each corner of you upper and lower jaws. Unless you are something like 15 or 16 (or younger), the chances of your wisdom teeth coming in to replace any extracted teeth is very slim. If you are under 15 or 16, there is a CHANCE it will work out for you.
You can't decide where they go any more than you can choose where your toes are located.
However............. It is SOMETIMES possible to remove one molar, especially the lower first molar, and then remove the wisdom tooth from the same side and "implant" the wisdom tooth in the hole where the other tooth was removed. This can only be done by a dentist or oral surgeon and it's not something that you can do at home.
Umm well, some people have 4 wisdom teeth, some people have more or less. I don't have any wisdom teeth on the bottom, but 2 on the top. If your wisdom teeth haven't come down yet, either you don't have any, or they will come down later on. If you have molars pulled out, the wisdom teeth may come down, but you only get a set of them, and you cannot grow more.
