Fillings don't come out if done properly. Either your dentist is not cleaning the cavity, or not shaping it correctly, or not using correct material. Consult a different dentist. Oh year, come by your old dental office and ask to borow the X-rays. X-rays cost extra money.
If it is possible to glue a new half to a broken tooth for most dentists howcome it is not possible to fill in a cavity. Sounds like your dentist is screwing up.
No matter what you ate - chewy, sticky - whatever! fillings suposed to stay. As long as you don't crack nutshells with your teeth.
