what is best for your teeth lumineers or veneers-i'm thinking to pick1butno clue-dentist never tell the truth

Lumineers, aka. no or minimal prep veneers, are only a good idea in select cases. Most people do NOT qualify for them, and in all honesty, they tend to look rather lifeless, and bulky. While veneers do require tooth reduction, the results are almost always 100% predictable, and lifelike, provided your dentist and laboratory have a good line of communication, and are talented. I own a dental lab, and I am getting 24 empress veneers done soon.
My advice for you is.. be sure to ask your dentist for some photos of his previous veneer cases. (before and after shots). That will give you a good idea as to what you can expect for results in your case. Also. be sure to fully explain what your expectations, and concerns are. By doing this, your doctor will better understand how to approach your case, and he will be able to relay that information to the lab.
Good luck with your case.
