I had this with mine, too. They took a couple of milimeters off the length of my front teeth and I spoke with a pronouced lisp right afterwards.
I practiced by reading aloud for a few minutes each night before I went to bed. My speech was back to normal in a few days.
keep practicing. im sure you will get used to it. good luck. btw did they hurt and how many teeth did you get done? i am looking into doing it myself.
