I understand your pain and fears. If you have cavities unfortunately you must care for them because if you do not then they will get larger and may cost you the tooth. There is no alternative but to see a dentist.

If you take care to really clean your teeth the way this site explains you will save your teeth. Another thing that they can do after they fill your cavities and get your teeth healthy is do a seal over them. They do this for my kids. This puts a barrier between foods and your teeth. Do avoid sticky sugary drinks especially soda pop. If you must drink soda diet root beer has less ingredients that damage teeth. Use a straw as it helps with the contact to the teeth.

Go to the dentist. Sodas and sweets are bad for your teeth. Continue brushing and flossing regularly, but make sure to see the dentist at least twice a year. pull out all of your teeth and get a nice set of dentures

listerine is good Found out that using a toothpaste for cavity protection helped.also was told that my bad habit of drinking milk before bedtime was the problem.
after brushing and all that stuff try using a topical flouride like gel kam or fluoricare gel or tooth moose and see your dentist also.. try brushing your teeth after you eat.. fastest way to get decay is within 20 mins of eating something..so brush within this mins..
