At what age do wisdom teeth stop coming in?

Question:
I'm 26 and they're still coming. how much more of this do I have to tolerate?

Answers:
You probably don't have the room for them to come in all the way. In that case they will probably keep bothering you till you get them taken out. Normal age that they start trying to erupt is 17-21 years old. But I have seen a 14 year old that needed them extracted and I saw a patient in his 70s that had one finally poking Through! I teased him that he was still teething! Best bet is to see a dentist and they will take a Panoramic xray that will show what they look like and what angle they are coming in, as well as if they CAN come in. He or she will diagnose whether they need to come out or not, and most likely refer you to a specialist, and oral surgeon for treatment.

Other Answers:
Normally, all your teeth should've come out by the time you're 21. This of course does not help you, I understand, but you need to see a dentist and get an Xray to see how the wisdom tooth is growing, since it might be impacted (stuck).

My dentist told me it would be around my middle twenties-but it depends on your parents' genes as well. Wisdom teeth are third molars that usually appear between the ages of 18 and 20 (although they may appear when older, younger, or may not appear at all). Often they need to be removed when they impact against other teeth—colloquially known as "coming in sideways."

See a dentist.
