how can the degeneration of teeth be stopped even if hereditary?

Question: My fathers teeth also degenerate i-e calcium coat is released i don't know what's the reason but i m also facing the same problem and when i am eating something which is acidic i feel somethig like CHIRL CHIRL under my teet can any one help me to stop this release of calcium coat of teeth

the first thing i would suggest is getting a thorough examination including xrays and a cleaning so the dentist has a base line to start watching you from. there are alot of things that can be done to protect your teeth. there are sealants that protect the pits and fissures of the posterior teeth and the use of home flourides are often helpful. but to be able to calculate your personal dental risk- you have to start with a visit to your dentist.
