can cefzil help with an absess tooth? at first i thought i had a sinus infection, but my cheek is swollen.?

Question:

Answers:
Yes it can, but it is not definitive treatment. You should call your dentist to be seem as soon as possible. If you just CAN'T for a couple of days, cefzil is active against most dental infections. It's only a short-term measure, though.
Antibiotics can only help temporarily. You will eventually have to get it fixed or pulled, but can't do it until the infection is gone. If you don't the absess will return.
