Sorry you aren't going to find any insurance that completely covers all treatment. You can get plans that will pay up to a certain amount, maybe as high as $3000 (rare)yearly, but they will usually only pay a percentage, say 80% of basic procedure and less for major procedures. But get a job with UPS, they have excellent insurance! Or some unions have great benefits too! Better yet, go work for a dentist, then it is all free!

I wish, I've checked a few programs out, and they are all expensive. And they usually have limitations on how much they will cover.
All you can do, is check out several offerings from the large HMOs, you may find one, that can at least cut down on your expenses.
