For anyone who smokes, and drinks coffee?

Question:

What brand of toothpaste works best to get rid of the stains caused by smoking and coffee? I brush twice a day, but my current brand does not seem to get my teeth as white as I would like? Anyone want to share what works best for you?

I smoke and drink coffee, and I use Arm & Hammer Advance white, and I wouldn't use anything else. I love it.

Even though I don't smoke or drink coffee, I would suggest you use Crest Special Whitening. Try using Bleach!

Honestly if you smoke and drink coffee, no toothpaste is going to keep them perfectly white.. I do both and I use Colgate white..

If it gets to be a problem goto the dentist and get your teeth cleaned and whitened.. Its not very expensive and they can take 5 years or stains off them.
I've never tried the new whitestrips and such so I dunno..

Try baking soda right out of the box but don't use to often will damage teeth. stop smoking and drinking coffee.
nothing will work short of seeing the dentist.
If you dont want to quit try one with peroxide and abaking soda.

I use closeup and it does a terrific job. I hope this helps you. even though i don't drink coffee nor smoke i recommend Colgate white.

if you have excessive staining , your best bet is to go to your hygienist a little more often. sometimes ppl CHOSE to get their teeth cleaned 3 or 4 times a year opposed to the rec commended 2 times yearly.

any toothpaste out there that removes stain will be too abrasive to the enamel. if you do choose some type of abrasive paste- only use it sparingly.
