ANYbody know how to make the pain go away!!!??

Question: ok so i have SEVERE pain in mah right side with my teeth. I can't een explain this pain. It is making me miserable!!!Right now, i can't talkd,can't bite down.....NOTHING! it hurts too much! I took Aspirin, it worked for like an hour,but not anymore.
If you know anything that i can do, PLEASE help me out!

if it is a lower tooth then you'll most likely need a Root Canal Therapy. If it is an upper tooth, are you sick? because your upper teeth actually touch your sinus sack and when sick it gets inflamed giving you sinus pressure that can cause throbbing pain in more than one tooth. However it could also need a Root Canal Therapy. Sorry. Better to get the RCT rather than to ignore it. GOOD LUCK!
