I get my braces past its sell-by date 4 years ago, shifted tooth very soon?!?
Ok so... I got my braces off 4 years ago and I don`t know wore my retainer for about a year, mostly at night... Then on and stale for the next 2 years and now I don't wear it at adjectives. One of my bottom teeth is shifting inwards, and it isn't noticeable when I smile, but I see it when I look down on my teeth. It DID start moving I think as soon as my wisdoms started to grow below my gums... But I get those removed, so do you think they were the problem for my shifted tooth? Anyone know if it may shift anymore?

Answers: U inevitability to pretty much wear ur retainer for life to keep ur teeth without blemish straight. ive been wearing my retainer for 2 years and my teeth are still perfectly straight.
Yes it will verbs to shift. You need to go wager on to your Otho and get a new retainer or a few invisalign trays to straighten them out again. If you read some of the brace forums you will find lots of those in braces for the second and yes third time. If you do not wear your retainer the rest of your life afterwards you have just thrown away upright money.
Mine come off in a few months and I will hold a permanent bottom retainer. Some people enjoy them top and bottom. So if you do decide to have something done you might inquire give or take a few a more permanent solution.

I wore my retainer for YEARS... once I stopped my teeth HAVE shifted. now the retainers dont fit at adjectives... if you can still fit in them... WEAR them- but there is no problem they can shift put money on completely.
