Get some of those clear dental strips from Wal-mart. Go have your teeth cleaned at the dentist.

I had proffesional whitening done, like Britesmile or zoom. those run about $4-500, I also have bleaching trays, around $200 from a dentist or my sister used crest white strips and her teeth look great. those cost less obviously.
There are so many whitening products in the market today. Most fluoride toothpaste comes with whitening bicarbonate based and peroxide base bleachers. Some of them though are abrasive and can thin out the enamel. In the dental office there are also different techniques they use to whiten teeth. However these can be very expensive.

If you want good results in a short time, I recommend you to go to your dentist and consult him about whitening procedures, all the toothpastes and mouthwash that "make your teeth whiter" is just advertising, you`ll have to use their products for a very long long time to see results, because their active ingredients concentration is really really low, so go and ask you dentist, good luck ;)
