I a moment ago ate pizza beside my braces on?
one of my molar bands are slightly "crushed" at one side and I'm not sure if any other parts are tattered.
what should I do? and what should I look for to assure that I won't have any problems?
this is my 4th light of day wearing them and I really didn't wanna eat pizza but it be my friend's birthday pizza party and I have nothing else to munch through. please help me!
