When they are putting them on it doesn't hurt at all, it just takes a while. As for pain, I would say it feels more like a strong tension on your teeth and your teeth feel quite sore for a while but if you take Tylenol or what ever your dentist recommends for pain it isn't so bad. Oh and of course everyone pain tolerance in different so its hard to say how much it may hurt for you.
its ok it doesnt hurt at all! u will be sore for a few days. just eat soft foods. and take some pain medicine! u will be fine! good luck!ice cream is always good to eat!!1
the tightening only hurts, the wiring or putting the brackets on doesn't
they dont hurt at all,,,,the part that hurts the most is the spacers or the fittings ...the day after they kill though but dont get black that makes your teeth look yellow dont get clear or white either those colors stain easily and then they look like brownish yellow.
sorta, you mostly will feel a small sharp pain. it will hurt after, so take an advil before you get in to the orthodontist chair

tightening the wire hurts a lot for a day or two. especially when you try to eat. the rest of the procedures are fine.
nothing hurts until they put the wire in. first, they will put this plastic thing in your mouth- to keep it open. then, they use the air blower to dry out your mouth, and teeth. the orthodontist will put a little glue on your tooth, and then put the bracket on. NONE OF THIS WILL HURT! once they put on the whole bottom/top row, they put the wire in. once the wire is in, it may be a little uncomfortable. then, they add the colored bands to keep the wire in place- that is when it will start hurting.

and yes they hurt after that they r super sensitve and dont eat ne thing hard im getting mine off tomorow and it kinda hurts the first couple times they tighten them but not so much after that and the first time they put them on there is a big wire in the back that stabs u so get wax and the ortho will explain it to u! and brush really good on your k-9 teeth
but they look really good on alot of ppl
so there pretty cool
