Is there any ways to keep my teeth fromgettin any spots from were the braces were?I know to brush 4 times a day and floss, but I recently nocked a brace off and before it was repair I noticed a light spot on my tooth!What else should I be doin?
Answers:
Stay away from soda and coffee and anything else that can potentially stain your teeth. Besides that just keep doing what your doing and in most cases where people have spots where their braces brackets were they fade away after a few months or so, its quite common I hear and I wouldn't worry to much about it. Oh and when you get them off be sure to use some enamel strengthening toothpaste or mouth wash it helps hard the enamel on your teeth if it was soften from the braces. Basically just do what ever the dentist recommends.
