Tongue Crib , I need help Fast!?

I have been having my tongue crib over 2 months now, my tongue has horrible sores from it, I can't sleep at night..I keep awaking up with a swollen tongue in the mornings I need help it hurts a lot , My tongue hurts everyday I need something for my pain on my tongue but i don't know what to use. I get headaches everyday ...someone please help me
