Please Help Serious Pain!!!?
Question:

Sounds like you have an abscessed tooth. It is a painful infection at the root of a tooth or between the gum and a tooth. It's most commonly caused by severe tooth decay. Other causes of tooth abscess are trauma to the tooth, such as when it is broken or chipped, and gingivitis or gum disease.
These problems can cause openings in the tooth enamel, which allows bacteria to infect the center of the tooth. The infection may also spread from the root of the tooth to the bones supporting the tooth.
The ONLY treatment is a root canal. So call your local dentist and they will be able to take care of you. There is no other treatment that is going to help the pain you have at this point. Unless you have started an antibiotic already. But even with the help of an antibiotic the only real treatment you need is a root canal. Hope this helps.
i know exactly how you feel! seriously, the same thing happened to me! you need to go to the dentist ASAP!!!!
Sorry, but all i can say in your situation is get it checked out by a dentist..it could be related to the root of the tooth.
I'm no expert, but I'd say you need to see a dentist a.s.a.p. You could have a cavity that reached the root/nerve in your tooth. Whatever the cause, I've had this kind of pain before and it usually doesn't go away on its own- in fact, it could lead to an infection. Better just to take care of it once and for all.
