Hole in tooth?

Question:
Okay here is the deal my nephew has a cavity that he has had for a looooooong time and it has a small hole in it.My sister tried taking him but he wouldn't open his mouth .What will happen when she takes him to the dentist?

Answers:
The dentist will give him nerve gas.
They are probably going to put a filling in the cavity.
at worst he will get a root canal

numb his mouth and then clean out the cavity then get it filled in
A hole in the tooth can quickly become abscessed...and if it goes untreated, the infection could reach his brain and kill him. Don't wait on this get him to the dentist NOW...the dentist will probably extract it.
Their gonna give him a filling. It's just a cavity, jeesh.
they will just simply give him a filling or if he doesn't open his mouth for the dentist they cant do anything

Depends on the situation. Most of the time they would probably drill it and fill the cavity up. Unless the damage is severe they would probably do some surgery or maybe root canal.
