How can i take care my bottom teeth that has permanent retainers?and how long do i haf to wear these retainers

It's hard to floss the bottom teeth cuz they are bonded together! should i just get a tooth pick to clean the bottom one? and how long do i have to wear retainers?

These teeth will always need to be together, or they will move. Use the round toothpicks with the toothpick angled downwards. You can use interdental brushes or special plastic interdental cleaners.
