How do you know they DON'T have Halitosis? Movies aren't yet in Smell-O-Vision. For all we know, the star could have the worst breath on the set!
I would imagine they do the same as anyone else: brush regularly, and use a mouthwash or at least a mint prior to stepping in front of the camera.
Brush their teeth & use mouth wash?
That's what normal people do...
