I brush, floss, then use listerine after breakfast. At Lunch, I brush floss, and use act. At dinner i brush floss and use listerine. Is that okay?? I need them both.

I brush twice daily ... Plax, Listerine Whitening, Brushing, Listerine Anti-Plaque, then ACT for Flouride.
It may be overkill but I smoke :( ... so you can't tell I use Teeth Whitening, heh heh.
