hi I don´t think it would be a good idea...It is safe but expensive. The best way to get your teeth clean, shiny and beautiful is to brush it the normal way with a normal brush!!There is also another way to make your teeth white:get some ashes (like from a cigarette) and mix it with lemon juice. Then put your finger in mixture and rub it on your teeth.Later wash your mouth!(Do not swallow the ashes)
Do this and they´l be shiny!Oh and you need 1 table spoon of ashes!!
I had it done at my dentist's office. One of the tech's actually did it. She got the gel on my lips and they were burned so severely I couldn't eat or even use a straw (and it was Thanksgiving weekend!!). It was not worth either the pain or the money.
The fastest way to whiten teeth is to spend upwards around $400 for one hour prep plus one hour laser-gel treatment at a Brite Smile office. This treatment lasts 12 to 18 months if you comply with proper hygiene and diet requirements to maintain your investment. The cheapest way to whiten teeth is to purchase off the shelf whitening strips (around $35) that you apply two times a day for up to two weeks. This treatment lasts 12 to 18 months also requiring proper hygiene and diet requirements to maintain the whiteness. Both types of treatments are FDA-approved and have no record of significant, life threatening results.
If this is your first time, the best was to do it is with the over-the-counter kits. It's a good way to tell if your teeth are or will be sensitive to the bleach. It's about $35-40 in the toothpaste section.
The next would be the bleaching trays you buy from the dentist office. The bleach is stronger, same concept as above, but it hurts A LOT more. It'll run you about $200.
The laser treatment is the more expensive route. About $400 but it's for a one time deal. Some people are not able to sit under the laser for the whole time because their teeth are way too sensitive and most were not even aware.
No matter which treatment you choose, they all end up with whiter teeth.
Sensitive teeth - you may or may not be aware hot or cold drinks or food irritate the hell-out-of-your teeth. Air will hurt. If you grind your teeth it makes it worse. Your best bet is to buy the cheaper over-the-counter whitening kit and go from there. At least if you go that way you can determine if your teeth are sensitive and if they are, instead of going over it everyday, do every other day.
As far as saftey goes, you will need to read the package inserts. Each have several different benefits and flaws. You need to decide which one benefits and flaws you'll settle for. Do the benefits out weigh the flaws? Is getting your teeth whitened by laser worth the money if you won't be able to eat or drink for two weeks? The pain is somewhere between bitting on tin foil times ten and putting something hot or cold on a tooth that needs a root canal.
Good luck!
use smokers toothpowder it works for me don,t shove a bloody laser in you,r mouth
