and i have white teeth
but
i have like pure white blotches on certain teeth... i dont think anyone will understand what i'm on about as i've neve rheard of it before

This is called Fluorosis - at some time when your teeth were developing you injested too much fluoride - probably swallowed your toothpaste instead of spitting it out. It is actually quite a common condition. If you Google Fluorosis it will come up with a number of sites that discuss it in more detail.
Sometimes those white blotches can be the start of decay. I know you said you have white teeth, but when you said pure white on certain teeth, it made me think a little.. I had the same thing long ago. I thought my teeth were getting whiter and whiter. I was told it was the start of decay by a dentist.
However, it could be Fluorosis as a previous answerer suggested.
I suggest going to a dentist to find out for sure.
