I am having a Tooth pain?!?

I got this front teeth which had been hurting for 3-4 days and now the pain has went all the way to my nose. Can someone tell me whats wrong?

It's actually really easy to find out..

If the tooth pain is spontaneous and lasts a long time and wakes you up at nights and intensify when you drink cold water, you will need a root canal treatment and probably a crown afterwards...

If the tooth pain is short and only happens when you touch it or drink cold water, you will probably need a filling there.

From your description, I think you will most likely need a root canal, post/core and a crown. Extraction is also possible.

Probably a tooth infection.
