8 Cavaties?
Question:
Answers:
whens the last time you visited the dentist? I was just wondering because you said 'last year' ..
Its possible to get 8 cavities...it just means you haven't been brushing well or flosing? Or maybe you just haven't had a cleaning in a while.
I know someone that had 7 cavities before..everything will be okay though. :]
yes just means you haven't taking care of your teeth.cavity's begin when the enamel is worn down...an decay starts
This can happen, but it isn't normal. Either you haven't been flossing regularly or your sugar intake is too high and too frequent.
Soda's even diet soda's, bread, candy, potatoes, chocolate, orange juice, gum (that's not sugar free) are filled with sugar and can cause rampant decay (which is a term for suddenly getting a lot of cavities at once)
What you need to do is limit how much of this you are eating and if you must have some, try to have as much of it at once or with meals because after you eat any of those foods, the ph balance is your mouth is decreased for 20 minutes after eating these foods and causes your mouth to be acidic which cause cavities.
A good thing to eat to reduce the acidity in your mouth after eating sugary foods is cheese. But of course cheese is very fattening and you need to watch how much of that you eat as well.
