1.use peroxide!
thats what dentist use to whiten teeth!
use a Q-tip to apply it to your teeth. rub it on your teeth but be careful, try not to get it on your gums(it will burn them- the edges will turn white) keep rubbing your teeth with the peroxide ...after a while of being on there (if you arent producing too much saliva) the peroxide will start to turn into a jelly like substance! . leave it on there for a little longer and then wash it away..
(dont do this after you have brushed your teeth and dont brush them afterwarts, do it in between brushings)
you might see a little whitening right away...i did! but i guess it just depends how yellow your teeth are!
do it twice a week.
2. buy a whitening kit (the strips are better than just the liquid stuff!
and of course use a whitening tooth paste
ask your dentist about teeth whitening.
or you could always use an at home product like crest white strips. be careful though. do use it more often than the instructions tells you to, or else it eats away at your tooth enamel.
My brother uses Crest Whitestrips and they work wonders for him. They really do make your teeth sparkling white.
Boil 5-6 cloves and 2 -inch bark of Margosa tree(Neem) in 1 cup of water. This will make your teeth natural white by removing yellowish color
The cheapest are the Creast Whitening Strips Supreme - they have 14% bleach in them. You can do them two times at 1/2 hour each time. Their are other methods like the trays, but those are more expensive. I use both systems, and I have been using the strips more now- they are great.

One ingredient was missing & it wasn't working is because U have to make in a small covered glass preferably a paste & U were missing an ingredient. It's a baking soda & "peroxide" treatment! Baking soda in a small dish & mix peroxide till it forms a paste, & cover. This give "Pearly White Teeth" however is not recommened for use daily, as it'll remove the Enamel from R teeth. 1-2 times per week should do it.
You must have a nice smile to want to show R Pearly Whites?
