How long does it take to....?

Question:
to brush, floss your teeth if you have braces.

Answers:
It should take around 3-5 minutes to brush your teeth, depends on how quick you get at brushing. You have to brush over and under the brackets. Also, behind the wires as much as you can.

And for flossing it takes awhile. I would say 5 minutes or upwards towards 7 minutes. Again, it depends on how good you get with threading the floss in between the brackets and wires.
well i have braces and i just brush my teeth after meals.but i dont floss so i dont no
about 10 min or so flossing i think is harder but so is brushing because u need a special toothbrush
Between two and four minutes, depending on how dirty they are, and how thorough you are.
I use to BRUSH my teeth from about 3-4 minutes with several gargles. That is every after meal. I guess you don't have to FLOSS every after meal. You may floss your teeth once a day preferably after dinner (after brushing) in about 4-6 minutes. Anyway, OraMD will be the best alternative for regular FLOSSING.
