actually, im getting braces tuesday. im a little nervous but kinda ready. my friends have had braces and they say it'll hurt for a few days but it will stop. but dont worry, its sacrafice for a nice smile right?
Don't worry you get used to them very quickly, and the results of having them are great! Who dosn't love straight teeth!

first of all let me tell you, its going to bleed. hurt so much and best of all there are chances you are going to chip your teeth.

Having a brace is so exciting.You get to choose the color of your elastics , don't worry. The pain will only last 2 days exactly.Just imagine those pearly whites lined up in perfection!

As an adult who should have had braces.the best encouragement I can give you is, your teeth will look beautiful, they'll be healthier and stronger and you'll be so thankful you did it NOW rather than so many of us, who now as adults are going back after dental problems, and crooked teeth to get them!

Yes you can! I just recently got my braces off and my teeth look much better now! If you're nervous about the braces and the side effects that go with it, it's livable. The procedure the orthodontist will put you through will take roughly an hour, and, though a bit uncomfortable, its very easy to get through and you will have to eat soft foods the first week after you get them on. My recommendation is to take some Tylenol or Advil or any other pain reliever, as your teeth will be very sore after the procedure. It's a small price to pay for the outcome of your teeth, though!
The pain isnt bad at all. Take a couple asprin before you go, you'll be fine. they look fine and there really isnt that much that you can't do. I had them for years and i turned out fine.
Getting braces is very exciting. The problem is just it will pain alot first few days. But then the results will cover up the pain you have suffered.......
Sure. Just think of how great your teeth will be after braces!! No hassles, all straight and perfect. Baha don't listen to Patric, he's just talking shi.t to make u feel bad, there shouldn't be any bleeding at all! I know quite a few people with braces and thats never happened. I don't know what could bleed?? And you won't chip you're teeth! They fix your teeth not wreck them! Don't worry, you'll be fine and everyone will be jelous of your great teeth in the end. : ) Goodluck xx
