Well over a month ago, I think I burnt my tongue on hot pizza, while high on pot. I have a red sensitive mark on the back of my tongue. At first it was bleeding a little when i'd scrape my tongue, which I haven't been doing of late. It hasn't gone away and it's been over a month.

Have you seen a doctor for this? Not to scare you, but my father had a reddish (maybe more like a sore) on his tongue. He wasn't eating because he had no taste. He stopped drinking coffee, and even stopped smoking. His outlook was't good. So if you haven't seen a doctor please do so.
It's better to know that you burnt your tongue on the hot pizza, than to wonder what it is.
Are you sure you burned your tongue on pizza? Maybe you tried to eat the joint. Go see a doc before it gets worse.
Maybe you bit it really hard and don't remember. Is it a curved mark or look like it was made by your teeth? If it's a hard bite and you use a tongue scraper it will take a little while to heal.
