How much can I expect to pay for braces?
Question:
Answers:
Braces are around $5,000 for the old fashioned metal mouth kind. Some dentists will work out monthly payments for you. Expect to pay around $200 a month. A $10,000 car will probably run you around $300 a month more or less depending on your credit.
depends on the car
Make sure you habe 5 grand in the bank.
do you have any insurance? i pay for my sons braces and i pay 65 month through western dental. For 2 years
If you are getting braces you should expect to pay anywhere from $2000-$3000. There could be some place that do it for a lower fee, but I've never heard of one. Usually you can put a down paymen (about $1000) and pay off the rest.
Braces will cost you at least 3-4 thousand dollars for the entire treatment. If you are covered by their health insurance it may pick up some of the cost. You can probably do payments but check with your orthodontist about this when go for your initial consult.
$5000 or more for the wire kind
If you get the clear ones that are invisible. About 7000 or more.
The first time I had braces, insurance covered it. The second time I had braces, insurance wouldn't cover it and the actual braces cost about $5000. But you also have to consider if you need to have any teeth pulled or have other dental problems prior or during the time you have your braces, which will add to the cost.
ok i have braces they cost me 5,000 dollars and i keep them for 2 years. i paid 1,700 as the start payment and now i get monthy check ups. and everytime i go for a check ups i pay 170$ so you can do monthly payments of course. good luck!
up to 5000 dollars i think insurance might help a little bit though
I'm not sure if price goes by how screwed up your teeth are or if it's just a flat price. My teeth were already straight (just had a baby tooth that had to be pulled down) and they were 3,000.
Yes your ortho should let you pay a month to month plan, some orthos have intrest some are intrest free. A full set of regurlar metal braces are around $5,000 depending on your ortho and/or amount of work, more or less. If you have ortho insurance, that can knock up to $1,500 off of it though. Good luck!
I would say any where from $3000-$5000 depending on if you need stuff for an overbite or underbite. Good Luck!! :)
I just got my braces today (have the clear one)...it cost totally 6,000-my health fund will pay abt 2,000 - thnx god.
Oh it also got 4 tooth extraction which cost abt $600.
You pay 50% when they put in your braces - then through out your braces you will pay another 25%, then at the end when they take your braces off you pay the rest.
I just blow out all my saving for this braces
