How Do I get rid of canker sores?

Gargle with warm salt water. It might initially sting a little, but after a day or so, the sores are gone.
Try kanka it hurts really bad but it help it heals by the next morning but if you dont want to do that you can rinse mouth with salt water
put them in the freezer for a few hours. that should help.

but u can take Advil and Tylenol to prevetn the pian

Yikes! I get about 4-5 BIG canker sores a year and sometimes they are in the WORSE places.like right in the fold of the inside of my bottom lip!
I have used all of the numbing things...like ambesol or kankaid. They sting and usually make my whole mouth numb.
The BEST thing i have ever found was a product that actually covers the cankersore for a long period of time. I know that there are several brands of "canker sore covers" but the one i bought was called "canker cover"
Basically, they look like little asprins and you hold them down on your cankersore for a few minutes and they sort of "meld" into the sore, Over the next couple of minutes (really it took like a half hour) the cover turns into this jelly sort of cover and doenst come off for like the whole day. After the day you are ready to "peel" it off and put on a new one.
I am telling you...these are the best thing invented for canker sores ever!!
.advil really really helps also. Rinsing with salt water hurts, but that helps also.
Take a vitamin supplement called Lysine. It works well on cold and canker sores.
Rinse with salt water and watch what you eat, acid foods such as tomatoes will worsen these pesky things
I had canker sores for years. They were horrible! I had to put Oragel on them just so I could eat!
My dentist prescribed a clear gel, and they were completely gone immediately. Saved my sanity! Wish I remembered the name of the prescription, but you should definitely see a dentist.
